Rhino Slabs (SL) are designed for versatile applications across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. From roof and wall insulation to acoustic partitions and fire-rated assemblies, these slabs enhance comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. Suitable for both flat and curved surfaces, the slabs are ideal for PEBs, sandwich panels, ceilings, and more.

The Rhino Slabs (SL) range is available in multiple densities (40–160 kg/m³) and thicknesses (25 mm–200 mm) to meet diverse insulation needs. Options include standard dimensions of 1000mm/1200mm in length and 600mm/1200mm in width. Customized sizes can also be produced on request.

Surface finishes or external layers available.

Rhino Slabs can be provided with a variety of facings to suit specific project needs. Available facings include Aluminum Foil, Alu–Glass, Black Tissue, White Tissue, and Kraft Paper. Custom facings are also available on demand to enhance performance or visual appeal.

• Thermal Conductivity: ≤ 0.037 W/m·K at 25°C
• Fire Rating: Euro Class A1 (Non-combustible), withstands >1000°C
• Acoustic Absorption: NRC up to 1.0 depending on configuration

Rhino Slabs meet stringent international and national standards for insulation materials. Certified as per:
IS 8183:2024 (Indian Standard for mineral wool)
ASTM C612 (Standard for mineral fiber block and board insulation)
